The PS46Q PTA is excited to be holding a FALL Clothing drive on Sunday, OCTOBER 15TH again this year! Drop off will be from 8:30am - 11:30am at the 67th Ave side in front of the Pre-K Playground. We CANNOT accept any items before or after 10/15, as the truck will be picking up our donations at exactly 11:30am PROMPT.
We will be working with an organization called Carecycle, who partners with the American Red Cross to provide relief during times of disaster. Red Cross provides services that will benefit disaster relief for more than 200 fires annually; assist the Red Cross's medical transportation for seniors; meals-on-wheels service; and disaster preparedness trainings that touch thousands of people each year.
This would be a beneficial opportunity not only to help fundraise for things we need in our school, but to teach our children about the importance of giving back to others.
Our goal is to collect at least 2,000 pounds of donated items-this is approximately 100 standard sized garbage bags.
Proceeds will benefit our 5th Grade graduating class of 2024.

- Stuffed Animals & Small Plastic Toys like dolls trucks, action figures (NO PUZZLES, BOARD GAMES, LEGOS, OR TOYS W/PIECES)
- Linens (including Towels, Curtains, & Table Linens; NO Blankets and/or Comforters)
Not acceptable items:
- furniture, appliance, books, small toys that require assembly or Lego.
